Everything you need to know before you order.
What is Colabox?
Colabox is an Android 14 streaming device that connects to your TV through HDMI. It is designed to bring live entertainment and compatible streaming apps into one convenient setup.
What is the difference between the Colabox L2 Plus and the Colastick V1 Plus?
The Colabox L2 Plus is a full-size streaming box with 4GB RAM, 64GB storage and an Ethernet port. The Colastick V1 Plus is a compact HDMI streaming stick with 2GB RAM and 32GB storage, which makes it convenient for a second TV or for travel.
Are there monthly device fees?
No. Colabox devices are a one-time hardware purchase with no recurring device fees. Separate subscriptions or payments may still be required for third-party apps or services you choose to use.
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes. You need an internet connection to complete setup and to access online streaming content. We recommend at least 25 Mbps for smooth 4K streaming. The Colabox L2 Plus can connect through Wi-Fi or Ethernet, while the Colastick V1 Plus uses Wi-Fi.
Does Colabox support 4K Ultra HD?
Yes. Both the Colabox L2 Plus and the Colastick V1 Plus support 4K Ultra HD with HDR10+. You will also need a compatible TV, suitable content and a reliable internet connection.
How do I set up my device?
Connect your device to your TV's HDMI port, plug in the power supply, select the matching HDMI input on your TV and follow the on-screen steps to connect to the internet. A setup guide is included in the box.
Can I watch on two TVs at the same time?
Yes. The Colabox L2 Plus + Colastick V1 Plus bundle includes two separate devices, so you can connect one to each of two TVs. Each device needs its own TV connection and internet access. Whether one account can be used on both depends on the terms of the apps you use.
Can I take the Colastick V1 Plus when I travel?
Yes. Its compact size makes it convenient for travel, hotels and RVs. You will need a compatible HDMI display, power and an internet connection. Some hotel Wi-Fi networks require an extra sign-in step.
